OMP is starting a new year with a photo contest! Bring a hard copy of a picture (one that you personally took, no copyrighted or public domain pictures please) 8.5″ x 11″ to our monthly meetings this year to be voted on by the group that night. Each contest winner will receive a gift certificate for $20. The pictures can be of anything that represents OMP in either conservation, education, or recreation.
We want to see nature shots and waterways, of course, but don’t forget about pictures of community events and outreach programs that we’re involved in.
The monthly photo contest winner will relinquish the rights of their photo so that OMP may use it to put together an annual calendar, t-shirt, or any other promotional publication throughout the year in hopes of drawing in some exposure and add some ownership to the club.
