Let’s Paddle the Poles!

Come join us for an afternoon of paddling through hanging poles at the Joe Creighton Access on the James River. Suspended over the water are seven pairs of pvc pipes for your enjoyment. The trick is trying to paddle through the poles without touching them. This type of maneuvering really helps improve boat control and it’s a good thing to do while waiting of the Spring rains to arrive.We’ll start in true OMP fashion by picking up litter at the access and then get on the water.  No shuttle required!
