Fellows Lake is hosting a Day at the Lake event on Saturday, September 16th for people with special needs to enjoy outdoor activities. They anticipate over 200 participants will be taking part with fishing, kayaking, boating, nature walks, and a host of other activities.
They have asked if some OMP members could help with on the water activities such as assisting people in and out of boats and monitoring activities to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable day. The event runs from 9am to 3pm. If you can provide assistance for this event it would be much appreciated and you would also be provided with a free Fellows Lake boat license good for Fellows Lake access through April of 2024. I have attached a flyer showcasing the event and a copy of the sticker all participants will receive.
